Internet Connection Backup Solutions
In my role, I analyzed and implemented various backup solutions to ensure a stable and reliable Internet connection in case of a failure of the main fiber optic line. I started by creating a detailed specifications document to define the needs and performance criteria of the backup solution. After a thorough evaluation of the available options, including fiber, ADSL, and 4G, I recommended and deployed a 4G backup solution. This solution proved to be the most effective in terms of reliability and speed of deployment.
Installation and Training on Copilote
In parallel, I also assisted with the use of Copilote. I not only ensured the technical setup but also provided personalized support to the end-user to ensure mastery of the tool. For example, I assisted in its use during a Teams meeting to generate a summary.
